28 – Day Program for Radiant Health and Glorious Vitality


This program is based on Denise Linn’s original Soul Coaching program – it takes you on a heartfelt journey into the vast inner universe of your body.  It is about unlocking the secret messages within, revealing the truth about your life and your body.


When you tell the truth, your energy, vibrancy and health increases. When you don’t, you become depleted and your body suffers. Many people are exhausted, out of shape, overweight, or in poor health because they are not being starkly honest with themselves.  There are wondrous secrets in your cells, glands and organs that can unveil countless insights about your life.   When you are authentic, your soul and body thrive.

This 28-day program is a powerful, inner cleansing system based on three premises:

                    *   Everything is energy

                    *   Everything is in a constant state of change

                    *   Everything has consciousness


This four-week program will help you:

                    *   Activate powerful cellular re-balancing of your body

                    *   Realize why you were born with your specific body

                    *   Align your body with your life purpose

                    *   Uncover the spiritual lessons you’re receiving from your body in this lifetime.

                    *   Learn the mystical correlation between your body and your life

                    *   Understand how inner clutter – clearing can heal health                                                                                                                                                           

                                                                                              

                    Days 1 – 7     are devoted to the properties of Air and are focused on clearing your Mental Body

                                             ~  assess and  evaluate your health

                                             ~  commit to your body and examine your core beliefs and inner rules regarding your health

                                             ~  clear your clutter, do what you’ve been putting off regarding your health

                                             ~  cut back on media exposure, breathe and become aware of your breathing

                                             ~  listen to inspiring music and listen to your truth


                    Days 8 – 14  are devoted to the properties of Water, focused on clearing your Emotional Body

                                              ~  explore the connection between your body and emotions

                                              ~  communicate from your heart, specially things you’ve been afraid to say

                                              ~  drink lots of water, examine present and past relationships – to discover the effects

                                                   they’ve had on your health

                                              ~  cleansing your body and your home

                                              ~  looking for links between childhood and current  well-being

                      

                    Days 15 – 21 are devoted to the properties of Fire, focused on clearing your Spiritual Body

                                              ~  stepping into higher intelligence of your body with trust and faith

                                              ~  connecting with your innate wisdom within your cells

                                              ~  use your body in new and creative way

                                              ~  activate and expand your identity through the way you move your body 

                                              ~  face any fear lodged within your body, dance your prayers


                     Days 22 – 28 are devoted to the properties of Earth, focused on clearing your Physical Body

                                               ~  detoxify your body, talk to your body, be conscious of foods you eat and stay grounded,

                                               ~  notice how the physical energy of your health 

                                               ~  take action for your well-being in the future.


                     Quest – Beyond the 28 Days -  Be aware of your thoughts and feeling which flow up from your body,  delve                                                                                                      deep into your body to find the creator that dwells there, send prayers and

                                                                                 blessings to your body


For each of the 28 days there are practical, fun and transformational exercises that are divided into 3 levels,

which you can choose according to your time availability:


                       Level 1:  usually requires 15-30 minutes of your day

                       Level 2:  (includes doing Level 1) usually takes 30-60 minutes of your day

                       Level 3:  (includes doing Level 1 & 2) takes a long as is required.


Always be " Gentle"  with yourself, don’t beat yourself up if you miss a day, just get back up and continue with your next day’s session.

A wise man said, fall 7, get up 8.  Always " Forgive " yourself, forgiveness is the key to a healthy, happy body and mind. This program will empower you to put your thoughts in line with you and your body’s better good.
